Governor’s budget sets tone for session of cuts

Feb. 4, 2015 / Governor Doug Ducey's inaugural budget proposal comes as the state continues to slowly recover from the Great Recession.  The budget also attempts to tackle a deficit the Governor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting estimates at $159.6 million for the current fiscal year and potentially more than $533 million for FY2016.
