Two housing experts and a Marine Corps veteran weigh in on the lack of affordable housing in Arizona.

Grady Gammage Jr. is a senior research fellow at Arizona State University's Morrison Institute for Public Policy and has over 40 years of experience in law and policy in Arizona.

Brian Swanton is the President and CEO for Gorman & Company, which specializes in revitalizing and preserving affordable and workforce housing. Swanton has overseen the development of over 1,100 units of new affordable housing across Arizona.

Ronaldo Gonzalez is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and lives at Valor on Eight, a new subsidized housing development in Tempe. Since his service, Gonzalez has worked in the restaurant industry and in Information Technology, owned three businesses, been homeless twice and started a nonprofit to help other veterans.
