Arizona's Voter Crisis Forum
Wednesday, September 26, 2018 - 9:00am - 11:00am
While many potential voters care deeply about local and state issues, 45 percent of Arizonans of voting-age population did not vote in the 2016 general election.
ASU Morrison Institute for Public Policy presents two reports:
“Arizona’s Voter Crisis,” which identifies reasons why only a little more than half of eligible voters are casting ballots.
“Arizona Primary Elections: Primarily Forgotten,” which examines the importance of primary elections, which often serve as the election due to “safe” districts and lack of challengers.
