Mary Pahissa Upchurch is a senior partner with Gray Associates, Inc., a business consulting firm, and a member of RockCreek Innovations, LLC.  She worked at AT&T for more than 20 years in business and consumer markets. She is a member of the executive board of directors of Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, currently serving as a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee and previously serving as board chairwoman. She is a member of Charter 100 Arizona, a past chairwoman of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and was named AT&T’s Catherine B. Cleary “Woman of the Year” for 2001. Upchurch holds a master of science in management from Purdue University and a bachelor of arts degree from Rollins College.
