Change coming to Arizona's political landscape

CNN Politics reported that Latino voters could help decide several competitive races in Arizona this election cycle and Republicans and Democrats are making their best pitches to win the vital constituency.

Joseph Garcia, director of the Latino Public Policy Center at ASU's Morrison Institute says that by 2030, Arizona will become a minority majority state.
