12News: Water experts speak out on the issues

Phoenix’s 12News Sunday Square Off program was host to water experts who say a new bottled-water plant in Phoenix won't debilitate the city's water supply. Sarah Proter, Director of the Kyl Center for Water Policy at Morrison Institute, Dave White, professor at ASU and Director of the Decision Center for a Desert City at the Global Institute for Sustainability, and Kathleen Ferris, former Director of the Department of Water Resources and Distinguished Fellow at Morrison Institute for Public Policy were the guests speaking on issues including the impact of the record-low level of Lake Mead, and upcoming legislative sessions that could present critical decisions for Arizona's water future.
