John W. Hoopes

Vice President
Salt River Project

John currently serves as the elected vice president of the Salt River Project.  He also owns and helps operate a family cattle ranch and maintains a limited commercial litigation practice with the Chandler, Arizona law firm of Hoopes, Adam & Alexander, PLC. 

John's community service has included the Arizona-Mexico Commission board of directors, Valley of the Sun United Way board of directors, Phoenix Zoo board of trustees, Governor's Regulatory Review Council, board member and past president of the Mesa Southwest Museum Foundation and executive committee of the Agri-Business Council of Arizona.

John and Nancy have four children: Jonathan, Charlotte, Christopher and Michael, and six grandchildren.
