Morrison Institute Distinguished Associate Don Budinger interviews U.S. Sen. Jon Kyl prior to the State of Our State Conference 2012.

Kyl, who is retiring from the U.S. Senate, was to speak at the conference but was called to Washington, D.C., to help try to avert the "Fiscal Cliff" debt/budget crisis.
